School-Age Program at Bits of Stardust
Our school-age child care program focuses on supporting children academically and socially while giving them space to relax and recharge after a school day. Children participate in structured activities, group learning, and free-choice time designed to encourage responsibility, independence, and positive peer interaction. Homework Support & Academic Reinforcement
Children are given dedicated time and support to complete homework if they choose. Staff are available to provide guidance, encouragement, and a quiet space for focused work. Enrichment Activities & Projects
Beyond academics, children participate in engaging enrichment activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and teamwork. Safe Transportation and School Pickup
To support busy families, Bits of Stardust offers transportation to and from local schools as part of our school-age child care program. With multiple vans operating morning and afternoon routes, we serve children attending up to 10 different schools in the area. This service provides parents with peace of mind knowing their child arrives safely at our center after school and is cared for in a familiar, supportive environment.
Engaging Care During Summer and School Breaks
Our school-age program also offers summer child care in Oklahoma City and care during school breaks. Children participate in themed activities, enrichment projects, and field trips designed to keep learning active while school is out. This ensures children stay engaged, social, and supported year-round.
