Supporting Growth, Independence, and Early Learning
Schedule a TourToddler Program at Bits of Stardust
Our toddler care program supports children as they develop mobility, language, and social awareness. Teachers guide toddlers through age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, listening skills, and early learning concepts. Daily routines help toddlers feel secure while allowing them the freedom to explore, interact with peers, and build independence in a supportive classroom environment.
Early Language & Communication Skills
Toddlers are encouraged to develop language skills through conversation, songs, stories, and interactive play. Teachers model words, sounds, and simple phrases, helping children build vocabulary and express their needs more confidently as they grow.
Motor Skills & Physical Development
Our program supports both fine and gross motor development through movement, hands-on activities, and supervised play. Toddlers build coordination, balance, and strength as they climb, stack, explore textures, and engage in active play throughout the day.
Social Development & Emotional Growth
Toddlers begin learning how to interact with others in a group setting. Through guided play and daily routines, children practice sharing, taking turns, and understanding emotions. Teachers provide gentle guidance and reassurance, helping toddlers build trust and positive social connections.
Supporting Routines, Potty Training, and Transitions
The toddler years are a time of many transitions, and our program is designed to support children as they grow more independent. We work closely with families to reinforce routines such as meals, naps, and early potty training when children show readiness. Consistent schedules and clear expectations help toddlers feel secure while learning new skills. This supportive approach helps children transition smoothly into preschool with confidence and familiarity with classroom routines.
